第一步

打开计算机的文字处理软件以查看新的空白文档。在左上角,键入单词“From”,后跟冒号和您的全名。输入并键入您的完整职务名称。下移一行,写下你工作的企业或公司的全称。再次输入并键入公司所在的城市和州。

步骤2

跳过两行,键入“To”,后跟冒号和直接主管的全名。输入并键入主管的完整职务头衔,如“项目经理”或“部门主管”。在主管姓名下方包括业务名称和位置。

步骤3

向下滚动两行并键入完整日期,如“2011年9月1日”。单击另外两行并键入正式的问候语,如“亲爱的琼斯先生”或简单的“琼斯先生”,后跟逗号。

步骤4

从你信的第一段开始,陈述你的抱怨。立即处理投诉,并提供有关问题的其他信息,例如问题持续多久以及您尝试如何解决问题。例如,如果你写信投诉一部坏了的电梯,你可以这样写:“这封信是关于大楼南楼坏了的电梯的。尽管与维修人员进行了多次对话,但这部电梯已经停止使用三个多星期了,给我们的员工造成了多个障碍。”
