什么是石油输出国组织？(the organization of the petroleum exporting countries?)
石油输出国组织（OPEC）是一个国际卡特尔，控制着世界石油贸易的很大一部分。欧佩克包括12个国家；科威特、阿尔及利亚、厄瓜多尔、伊朗、安哥拉、伊拉克、利比亚、沙特阿拉伯、尼日利亚、卡塔尔、委内瑞拉和阿拉伯联合酋长国。由于该组织对石油流动的控制如此之大，因此它偶尔会成为争议的对象。由于一些原因，这种影响近年来有所减弱。
