- Add "triggered items" to a to-do list. The trigger list is meant to be general, but a trigger like "Classes" should help a student realize what needs to be done for each individual class throughout the week. Add "doable" items to a do-list, and add events and appointments to a calendar. Synchronizing one's email, calendar, and to-do list (through the use of a trigger list) makes a complicated busy collegiate life that much more organized.
