什么是机长？(the pilot in command?)
机长是指对飞机在其自身动力下运行（包括在跑道上滑行和飞行）负有法律责任的人。在小型飞机上，可能只有一名合格飞行员在场，在这种情况下，他就是机长。在大型飞机上，多名飞行员是机组成员，其中一名被指定为机长，她被称为机长。如果飞机在飞行过程中发生了什么事情，如果是飞行员失误造成的，此人将承担法律责任。。
