- 1拿出你的日记、笔记本或日记。列出你认为是你的一部分的所有坏品质和好品质。列出你认为可以改进的方法。突出已经显而易见的优秀品质和才能。谦逊地列出这两个清单，并确信在每个方面都有可能改进。保留这些清单。你可以不时地阅读它们，并决定你的项目如何在你的内心保持最佳状态。

- 7.与爱你的人共度时光。认识到他们能为你提供多少善意、支持、倾听和爱。把爱看作一种行为，做一些事情来证明你的持续的、无条件的爱。不要和那些让你失望的人在一起。他们的坏心情不是你的责任，你也不需要和拖累你的人呆在一起。
- 8.练习给予他人的快乐。慷慨会改善别人的生活和你的心情。从一个微笑或一次背部按摩等小事，到更大的事情，找到给予他人的方式。让这些小事累积起来。
- 9.花时间放松。平衡你的生活很重要，花在休息和享受上的时间对保持心理健康很重要。每天留出时间做你喜欢的事情，要么自己做，要么和让你感到放松的人一起做。
- 10做真实的自己。忠于你自己，用你所有的怪癖和缺点来爱自己。接受你的身份（女性、书呆子、双性恋）和你的身体（胖胖、雀斑、残疾、近视）。与其尽量减少自己的缺点，不如努力赞美自己，成为最好的自己。
- 11要意识到，当你心满意足、心平气和时，你也会让别人感到满足。如果这种情况持续下去，整个世界都将是一个幸福的地方，给它带来和平。世界和平来自你们。
- 每当你情绪低落时，听听你最喜欢的音乐。专注于帮助你处理或克服困难情绪的音乐。
- 经常回头看看你在清单上写下的好品质，让自己振作起来，提醒自己最应该关注的是什么。
- 试着冥想或者花点时间在精神方面。没有什么比滋养你的灵魂更能带来安宁。
