什么是工作产品？(a work product?)

当有人作为独立承包商工作时，法律是不同的。工作产品可能是专有过程的一部分，该人员只需按要求提供成品。文件，包括原始文件、注释等，属于独立承包商。合同可以规定移交工作成果，在这种情况下，该材料也将移交给雇主。
