什么是ip地址？(an ip address?)
互联网是一个由不相关的计算机组成的世界性网络，只有同意合并一套规则或协议，才能成功地进行通信。互联网最基本的原则之一是互联网协议（IP）地址。
IP地址是指分配给Internet上每台计算机的唯一编号。IP号码被称为“地址”，因为它与家庭地址的用途相同——它允许通过数字方案定位互联网上的每台机器。域名，如www.wisegek。com，也映射到数字IP地址。在这种情况下，它是69.56。209.194.
大多数人都熟悉通过互联网服务提供商（ISP）获得IP地址的想法。ISP可能提供动态或静态地址。静态地址是一个永久地址，而动态地址随着每个新的Internet会话而变化。每个ISP都有一个唯一的可用IP地址范围。
