确保你的期望值不要太高。丈夫经常工作很多，可能根本没有时间或精力像妻子所希望的那样帮助家务。如果他在漫长的劳累一天后精疲力竭地回到家中，更多的帮助可能不是一个选择。虽然这并不是说你的一天很轻松——特别是如果你也在家外工作的话——但试着记住家外发生的事情。当你感到沮丧时，考虑他带来的额外收入。
