如何键盘鼠标故障排除(troubleshoot mouse problems with the keyboard)
步骤
- 1如果您在桌面上，点击键盘底部一行左侧的第二个按钮。有WINDOWS徽标的那个。
- 2点击“向上”箭头键，直到高亮显示“控制面板”按钮。点击回车键。
- 3使用箭头键，直到突出显示“鼠标”或“鼠标选项”。再次按ENTER键。
- 4按住键盘上的TAB键，直到突出显示“按钮”选项卡。按ENTER键。
- 5按下向右箭头键，直到突出显示“硬件”选项卡。轻触回车键。
- 6使用TAB键突出显示“PROPERTIES”（属性）按钮。再次按ENTER键。
- 7检查设备是否正常工作。如果是，您需要转到疑难解答并按照那里的说明进行操作。如果所有其他操作都失败，请转到计算机的“帮助”部分。
- 如果它开始跳过，则处理速度较慢。
