演讲前

演讲前一天晚上好好睡一觉。充分休息有助于你放松。

集中准备和排练演讲稿。毫无准备会导致你在演讲过程中的压力增加，降低你的整体表现质量。

在演讲前几个小时，使用你熟悉的任何放松或冥想技巧。如果你不知道这些技巧，就躺在一个安静的地方，闭上眼睛，唤起积极的想法。

穿专业但舒适的衣服。太紧的衣服会增加你的焦虑程度。

在演讲期间
