如何做人要厚道(be the bigger person)
步骤
- 1首先，向对方说明这次争吵以后会对你们两个人产生什么影响。确保包括关键点，如压力、愤怒和烦躁。
- 2为了避免在愤怒中进行报复，深吸一口气，在脑海中数到某个数字，无论是从三到一百。
- 3人们争论的唯一原因是他们不想有被 "对手 "击败的感觉。如果你意识到，在每次争论中，对手的胜利或成功感会随着你继续表现出不在乎的样子而逐渐消失，你就会在停止争论时不那么犹豫。
- 4如果一切都失败了，不要理会这个人并走开。
